By accessing or using EasyTABLE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

EasyTABLE is a web-based tool that allows users to create, style, and embed charts and tables. We offer both free and paid plans. Features available under each plan are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@easytable.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in ways that place unreasonable load on our servers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyTABLE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant EasyTABLE a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your paid plan. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

7. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is provided as-is and subject to usage limits described on our pricing page. We may modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice. Free plan users do not receive uptime guarantees or priority support.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyTABLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
